👨🍳The loss of expertise in the kitchen and being caught in the Culture of Convenience is a big factor in our current health. 🌳The environment you live in is making this journey to health much more difficult… that’s the apps you have access to or the fast food restaurants that you go to. ⛓️💥But we can break that convenience by starting to do simple things like deleting the apps that make alternative unhealthy foods easy to reach. 🥘Being able to navigate cooking with ease is also helpful.
