Today morning I experienced an incredible customer interaction. I went to one of our project site, and I saw an EV user stopped at this charging point hosted by iPark - Affordable EV Charging Platform . He was bit hesitant to start the EV charging, so I started a conversation. Me: Hello Sir, may I help you? EV User: Am not sure if I download another app with this QR code. Me : ( understanding that some mobile app requires to scan qr code) If you scan this QR Code, you can directly charge. EV User: Looked at me in disbelief. Me: Please scan and I can assist you. I am responsible for this charge point software. EV User: Ahaa nice. ( He scan the code). Shall I now do apple pay like it is showing. Me: Yes Sir, please go ahead. EV User: (after confirming payment) Seems the car is charging now. How are you doing this without an app? Me: Sir, even if you stop the car from Car’s app, we know how to synchronize with your browser, unlike many apps where it is not in sync. EV User: Good. This is too good to be true. Good luck .
