ROLE SUMMARY:
Our People Business Partners are responsible for leading the talent agenda: ensuring we have the right people in the right roles to, bring results and grow our business. The People team is responsible for developing our workforce demand planning and selecting talent to meet demand. In addition to talent management, our PBPs lead the labor and employee relations agenda. We are constantly evolving based on the business strategy and forecasted needs.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead the Labor and employee relations agenda and processes at the brewery. This includes but not limited to labor contract administration, interpretation, performance management/discipline, grievances, and arbitrations.
Manage a team of of labor schedulers to maintain compliance with labor contracts and applicable laws/regulations
Communicate and execute our People policies and procedures.
Play a key role in employee training, talent management, engagement, and DEI initiatives
Develop leaders within the Supply organization through mentor and training delivery.
Provide direction on various aspects of employment law (Family and Medical Leave Act, Americans with Disabilities Act, etc.), employee relations, labor relations, policy interpretation and disciplinary procedures.
Build a strong business relationship with the leadership to actively support performance gaps through
