Axis Bank - I would like to express my frustration regarding the difficulties I’ve encountered while attempting to avail a pre-approved personal loan through my savings account. Last week, I contacted your customer care team, who informed me that there was a mismatch in my PAN card details. Following their advice, I visited the nearest Axis Bank branch to have my name updated in the system. However, despite these efforts, the issue persists—the loan section still indicates a PAN card mismatch. After revisiting customer care, I was directed to send an email to resolve the matter. This experience has become increasingly frustrating, as I feel I am being passed from one step to another without a clear resolution in sight. To clarify my situation: 1.) I submitted both my Aadhaar and PAN card when I opened my salary account. 2.) This account has been active and running smoothly for over 5 years. 3.) I have an ongoing personal loan linked to this account, which has been active for almost a year. 4.) Additionally, I have 3 credit cards associated with this account. Given that all these services are being managed without any issues, I find it difficult to understand how a PAN card mismatch could be the root cause of the current problem. I request your urgent intervention to resolve this matter as quickly as possible.

TOPIC : Credit Analyst Day 1 : Why Credit Analysis required ? What is KYC ? Hey everyone, how's it going? I'm James Nguyen. I'm starting a journey of writing daily posts for the next 100 days. The main goal is to connect and learn with you all. Everything I write will be from my own perspective, and you're welcome to join in and grow with me! So why Credit Analysis required ? Cuz it helps banks and financial institutions figure out if a borrower can repay a loan. Basically, it’s all about checking out someone's financial health and seeing how risky it might be to lend them money. Here’s why it matters guys : 1. Managing Risk : It helps banks avoid lending to people who might not be able to pay back, which protects them from losing money. Of course, if they don't do a Credit Analysis on me, I'll become the next Truong My Lan of Vietnam. I'll borrow a few billion dollars and then take a vacation around the world 😂 2. Making Smart Decisions: By looking at a borrower’s credit history and financial situation, banks can decide whether to approve a loan and what terms to set.I'd want to make smart decisions too =)) Otherwise, I'd have to update my resume and start begging for a job 🙊 3. Protecting Their Money: It helps ensure that the bank’s money is safe by reducing the chances of loan defaults. 4. Following the Rules: It keeps banks in line with regulations and industry standards, which is super important. 5. Building Trust: It helps build a good relationship between the lender and borrower because everyone knows what to expect. So, in a nutshell, Credit Analysis is a key part of lending that helps keep banks financially stable and makes sure borrowers can meet their loan obligations. That's it kinda easy right ? Speaking of KYC, it's a super important step where banks get to know you by collecting your Name, Address, and business situation. But let's not make it too boring and long, right? So, I think I'll stop here for today and dive into KYC tomorrow. Plot twist: no KYC talk today at all 🤐. #sharing #knowledge #credit #risk_management #banking #finance

Subject: Urgent Assistance Required - Incorrect Charges and Account Closure Request Axis Bank Dear Axis Bank, I am writing to express my deep concern and disappointment with recent events regarding my bank account (opened in February 2022). Despite my repeated requests for closure, not only has my account remained open, but an erroneous deduction of ₹3,800 has also been made. This transaction has resulted in a negative balance, which, as per my understanding, contradicts the banking norms that state an account balance cannot go below zero. This incident is particularly distressing as it involved my first salary, marking a significant milestone in my professional journey. Such errors undermine my trust in Axis Bank and have caused considerable inconvenience. I have previously communicated my intention to close my account, yet no action has been taken. This lack of response and resolution is unacceptable and has compelled me to escalate the matter through this platform, seeking immediate attention and rectification. I urge the Axis Bank team to: Reverse the erroneous ₹3,800 deduction immediately to rectify the negative balance issue. Proceed with the closure of my bank account as per my repeated requests. Provide a detailed explanation of this incident and assure measures are taken to prevent such errors in the future. Your prompt and effective resolution of these issues is crucial. I am open to discussion and can be reached at abhayshriwas2003@gmail.com or 9667852294 for any clarifications or further information you might require. I hope for a swift response and action on this matter. Sincerely, Abhay Shriwas
