Since its launch in 2019, the USAID-funded Karamoja Resilience Support Unit (KRSU), supported by Feinstein International Center at Tufts University, was pivotal in enhancing economic development and #resilience in northeastern #Uganda. KRSU focused on three key areas: generating research to address pastoralism-related issues, sharing vital information with stakeholders, and providing technical assistance to partners. KRSU's report “Turning Evidence into Action” highlighted the critical role the program played in bridging knowledge gaps, fostering collaboration among NGOs, government entities, and communities to support policy development, and providing pragmatic approaches to support the #resilience of these communities.
