About sir Erwin Schrödinger Erwin Rudolf Josef Alexander Schrödinger , sometimes written as Schroedinger or Schrodinger, was a Nobel Prize–winning Austrian and naturalized Irish physicist who developed fundamental results in quantum theory. In particular, he is recognized for postulating the Schrödinger equation, an equation that provides a way to calculate the wave function of a system and how it changes dynamically in time. Schrödinger coined the term "quantum entanglement",and was the earliest to discuss it, doing so in 1932. Researchers propose that dark matter exceeding a few thousand GeV could drastically alter Higgs boson mass, complicating the Standard Model. Interactions with the Higgs suggest a mass limit for dark matter candidates, beyond which current theoretical physics models may fail. If heavy dark matter is ruled out due to its impacts, focus may shift to lighter particles, including axions. An Optica [#OPG_Optica] study from Caltech demonstrates a new way to engineer Kelly sidebands for spectral broadening of microcombs: https://bit.ly/4bUkm5y Kelly sidebands are a special type of dispersive wave that appears in mode-locked systems and that have recently been observed by pulsed excitation in integrated microcombs.
