Many years ago, I got to choose a couple of sentences in Spanish that I can learnt from the native speakers. I asked them to teach me a sentence about global warming, as: 1) I thought it would be funny to know only about this; 2) I somehow felt like it might be an important thing to learn. It's been a few years since that time, along with quite much of experience working with international teams (building them on the way), and I'm happy to be where I stand now. Each day, I consider it an honour and delight to be representing a team which is inspiring in every single sense. It's been a while already, yet I'm proud to say I'm a People Consultant at suena. Why? 1) If these people say they are people-centric team - they mean it. People focus is clearly there every step of the way, starting from routine decision on where to go for lunch and up to big decisions on the company culture.
