Nuvama Wealth Management Q3FY24 Update: The business provides a comprehensive wealth management platform providing all financial needs (all asset classes) for the high-net worth individuals, UHNI, family offices and the institutions. Nuvama provides advisory services and sells products (own+third-party) to its clients. The company de-merged from Edelweiss back in 2021. The major divisions of Nuvama Wealth:- 1. Wealth Management (UHNI, HNI and Affluent Families). 2. Asset Management (Private Equity Funds). 3. Capital Markets (Institutional equities, Investment banking and custody clearing businesses). The Wealth Management space contributes 55% of total sales and Capital Markets contribute 42% of total sales of the business. Sales grew 38% YOY. PAT grew 64% YOY. The high pace of growth was largely contributed by the growth in the capital markets segment (grew 79% YOY) followed by the growth in the wealth management segment (grew 18% YOY). Nuvama has 1100 RM's and intend to double the number inside the next 5 years. Client assets at Rs 3.3 billion.
