According to the International Energy Agency (IEA)'s latest Renewables Report, global renewable capacity is expected to grow 2.7 times by 2030, driven by the increasing competitiveness of renewable energy and local manufacturing initiatives across nearly 140 countries. The report also highlights the need for further investment in grid infrastructure, improvements in policy, and ambitious targets to meet the demands of a decarbonised future.
