One of the many great things I learned working for Ford: The best way to show a technician you care about them is to invest in their growth. I just finished creating 90 day goals for 22 Entry level technicians. In 90 days, all of our young techs will be closer to becoming a Senior Master Technician. For those that don’t believe in training their techs: Either train them and they’ll make you money, or we’re going to train them to make us money. #bestplacetowork #gaudinmotorcompanyrocks #pathwaytotheshop
