🏠 Real estate investing offers a myriad of strategies for maximizing returns. No matter which you choose, you’ll be locking your money in the investment for the five year life (or more) of the deal, right? WRONG One of my favorite strategies is akin to the “infinite returns” favored by Ken McElroy. Put simply, the initial investment is returned via refinancing. The property is then held by investors for the continued planned life of the deal. The best part? The returns and cash flow keep coming while the initial investment is returned to put back in the bank, or reinvested in the next deal.
