💰 #FundingOpportunity #ChildWelfare #Kinship Hello everyone, I, along with 3 others from around Canada, are part of the advisory for this Impact Challenge in #Canada by a Family Philanthropic Foundation, Sonor Foundation. Sonor Foundation delivers funds through impact challenges, and the next 3 years of funding will be based on this Impact Challenge. Does your organization work with kin communities engaged with the child institutionalization system, systemically known as the Child Welfare system? Do you have a program idea that would enable young people in the system to connect with kin to build strong and empowering relationships? Kinship caregivers are the least supported caregiver population with little resources compared to adoptive parents, foster parents, etc. This area is an important gap that impacts young people. Put your idea forward for a chance to be chosen to recieve funding; this is multi-year funding that can span 3 years. Deadline is March 8th. Good luck!
