Standing under the lights at City of Forney Hall, I watched as the clock struck midnight. That moment wasn’t just about the new year. It was a reminder of resilience and the power of community—things I hold close in both life and work. 2024 was a year of growth and grit. The challenges? They were tough. But they taught me to rise higher. At Indio Management, property management is anything but boring. New faces, daily hurdles, and constant changes keep us on our toes. But through it all, one thing stood firm: Community comes first. Looking back at 2024, every resident we served, every solution we found, and every property we worked on, reinforced our belief in community. Now, in 2025, I’m committed to three big goals: 1️⃣ Building trust. Strong relationships fuel happy communities. This year, I’m focused on better communication and stronger connections. 2️⃣ Utilizing smart tech. From easy communication to faster maintenance, I’m investing in tools that make life easier for everyone. 3️⃣ Providing homes, not just properties. Every resident deserves to feel valued, comfortable, and part of something bigger. And here’s my question to you: What’s your big focus this year?
