Mastering Equipment Isolators: A Step-by-Step Guide to Proper Adjustment 🛠️ In our latest series, we dive into the practical steps you need to know to properly adjust equipment isolators. Whether you’re new to HVAC or a seasoned pro, this guide will help ensure your systems are set up for optimal performance and vibration control. This example focuses on adjusting freestanding isolators: 1️⃣ Loosen the cap screw while preventing the leveling bolt from turning. 2️⃣ Turn the cap screw counterclockwise and evenly raise the equipment base. 3️⃣ Adjust the leveling bolt from underneath the bracket. 4️⃣ Ensure the isolator is squared and perpendicular to the base. 5️⃣ Carefully remove the blocks once the adjustment is complete. Precision matters when it comes to isolators – save this visor for future reference. Thank you Greenheck for this informative video.
