When I first started, we didn't host community events like bar crawls, and to be honest, everyone on my team thought we weren't missing out on anything. I often heard: •"There's no money in those events." •"It's more hassle than reward." •"Why do it? We will be busy anyway." Here's where it gets interesting: we own multiple venues in the same building, so our YoY data is fun to evaluate and see what works! 𝐕𝐞𝐧𝐮𝐞𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐡𝐨𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 𝐝𝐢𝐝 𝟏𝟎𝐱 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐚𝐦𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐫𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐮𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐬𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐝𝐢𝐝𝐧'𝐭. This is not by mistake—10x the revenue with $0 invested in marketing. Community events not only introduce you to hundreds of potential repeat clients but also do what we all strive for in hospitality: they bring people to your place! 𝐍𝐨𝐰, 𝐈 𝐰𝐚𝐧𝐭 𝐭𝐨 𝐤𝐧𝐨𝐰—𝐰𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐜𝐨𝐮𝐥𝐝 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐮𝐞 𝐡𝐨𝐬𝐭 𝐧𝐞𝐱𝐭?
