I've spent ~8 years working with companies on improving their user onboarding using a low-code platform and have seen a ton of mistakes... these are ☢️ super costly: 🔻 they reduce confidence in the platform you chose; 🔻 they create buyers remorse; 🔻 they reduce your credibility within your org; 🔻 they slow down growth; 🔻 they hamper a company building muscle for PLG...
