[LANSON GASTRONOMY] Le Rosé Création 67, has been a source of inspiration for our Chefs Ambassadors since its release last March. An ode to freshness with Chef Arto Rastas, Periscope Restaurant (Tampere). The first one was presented by Arto Rastas, our Ambassador in Finland. He imagined a Sea-Infused pairing composed with a pink pike perch ceviche with salted watermelon, grapefruit, pomegranate and chervil. Playing with pink hues, this recipe is an ode to Lanson's iconic freshness. The vitality with Chef Jun Tanaka, The Ninth Restaurant (London). The second recipe is signed off by Jun Tanaka, Lanson's Ambassador in the UK. Echoing the notes of pomelo evoked by Le Rosé Création, the Chef created an Amalfi Lemon Tart with Crème Fraîche. The acidity of the citruses is balanced with the fruitiness of Le Rosé Création. More pairings to come.
