1 billion square ft of office space is lying vacant just in the US. Want to know how massive this is? If you allot 20,000 sq. ft per floor with a ceiling height of 11 ft, you will have a 48,000-floor empty office building. That’ll be high enough to surpass the orbit where the International Space Station is docked. Since all this space is scattered horizontally, we are unaware of this colossal waste. This is also an indication of the fundamental change in the way we work. And there are several questions that arise: My questions for innovation enthusiasts- What effect has remote work had on creativity, ideation, and innovation? What are you keen to analyze ? #innovation #creativity #strategy Dorothy Neufeld, Christina Kostandi

The biggest creativity that will come out of all of this is that most of this will get converted into residential property as it is already started in some areas of West Coast, Washington DC and a few other places. Wait till the property mortgage loan market crashes in the next few months, and you will see even more innovations like some of these being used for vertical farming!! sound as it may be ridiculous, but that will be a large revenue model with a very immediate market to consume the products grown!

Use the open space to produce/manufacture parts, agricultural products and residential buildings and create a revenue model for new startups to generate cash once they are established etc.. let people not destroy trees and plants for new buildings and use what we already have. These are some of my thoughts and continue to use and advance technology to work remotely.
