Change the cycle. We are committed to doing just that, changing the cycle of poverty by supporting young women lacking the resources needed to gain an education and find a career. What they don't lack is Dr. ambition and a true need. So far we've supported 14 girls from five countries. We've seen it work as five girls have already changed their cycle. At this very moment, 9 girls are going through our programs. Are 4 support pillars include financial assistance covering tuition, textbooks, food, boarding, transportation and more. Technology supply donating over 500 computers annually to students and institutions without access. Technology education. And career counseling with placement assistance. From resume writing to interview preparation to landing that job, join us on the program journey. We select driven applicants lacking the means to pursue their goals. Career counseling shaped their path even before the formal education begins. Our hybrid learning adapts to today's demands graduation time. We secure job placements through our network of partner companies and recruitment firms. Now empowered to generate their own income, graduates can stay with us or explore other opportunities. As Code and Pink expands, we aim to provide access to thousands of kids worldwide. Introducing Tech Bar, a concept merging all of our pillars. Picture a pink truck traveling to various locations where our girls provide tech help along with coffee and cookies. This mobile unit reaching places like senior centers offers on the job experience for our girls. Donate your computer and our team will export your data, wipe your device clean, and repurpose it within our program. Launching first in Calabasas, CA, Tech Bar will have in person and global virtual support. Our growth plan includes fixed retail stores and cafes. As the younger who is studying medicine, I face significant challenges. Until my second year, I was unable to buy the scope and expensive medical textbooks which were essential for my course. And also I am leaving 300 kilometers away from my home, so the body expenses were over here. So change the cypher. They stepped in and made it possible for me to buy this critical essentials. They were more than a financial aid. They were a pillar of strength and also they encouraged me to chase my dreams, to become a future surgeon and to serve my country. So thank you so much. I am a first year student studying here at data cleaning centers here in Papua New Guinea. I am studying for my advanced diploma in several network administration. My Scofield was high and unaffordable that my parents couldn't pay in time, then ahead of change the cycle from an elder and decided to take my chances. I couldn't believe when they responded. I had thought that change the cycle was one of those many scams online. My tuition fee was then paid off by changing the cycle in a way that boost me to study smart and work hard to achieve my dreams. I am grateful to change the cycle for believing in me and help push me towards achieving my dream of becoming one of the few females in my country to work in a male dominated field. Thank you.
