Reflecting on the year gone by; New Gen Sports raising $100,000 in funds dedicated to supporting 75+ youth soccer organizations across the US. As we know, youth and adult soccer organizations are heavily reliant on volunteers that sacrifice their heart and soul to make their organization run smoothly. But even then, it is extremely difficult to find resources to cover all operational club expenses due to the relentless and every year staggering costs associated with running a soccer organization. The funds raised will directly address needs within soccer organizations, covering essential expenses such as coaches' fees, field space, scholarships/grants, tournament fees, and everyday operational costs — all to ensure that clubs, regardless of size or location, can focus on what truly matters… …Fostering a love for the game, developing skills, and building a soccer organization where players and families of all kind can call home. Oh, and yes… We aim to raise much more in 2024…! Cheers 🥂

YETIPAUL FOUNDATION - CHILDREN'S DAY 2024 Children are the cornerstone of a society's future. Their well-being directly impacts the social, economic, and cultural health of the community. By investing in children, societies invest in their own continued prosperity and development. Recognizing the vital role children play, the YETIPAUL FOUNDATION is dedicated to improving the quality of life for children through various activities and interventions. In February 2024, we successfully commissioned a solar-powered borehole, benefiting both the children and the broader community. We are also constructing a new toilet facility, set to be completed by June 2024. To honor Children's Day, we will be visiting the students of Oke-Ita Methodist Nursery and Primary School on May 28, 2024. The event will feature various activities designed to encourage fresh perspectives and ideas among children. We believe that fostering creativity and critical thinking can lead to progress and development in various fields. We encourage student volunteers to submit a write-up about their school. Every year, YETIPAUL FOUNDATION is committed to creating a better learning environment and experiences for children living in underprivileged communities. Our Next Challenge: This summer, we are starting a vital refurbishment project for Oke-Ita Nursery and Primary School in Ago-Iwoye, Ogun State. This school needs urgent attention, and we will be tackling it in stages due to the project's scale and funding needs: Phase 1: Removing the existing roof and other worn structures Phase 2: Replacing the ceiling and roofing Phase 3: Renovating the classrooms Phase 4: Repainting the school building Phase 5: Providing new furniture and school equipment The total cost of the project is estimated at N20 million (£15,000). We welcome contributions from funders and partners to help us achieve this goal. 0125372864 Yeti Paul FOUNDATION Wema Bank, Nigeria https://gofund.me/80f2db0b Donate to Restoration of Oke-Ita Nursery and Primary School, organized by YetiPaul Foundation The Yeti Paul foundation is a charity in Nigeria that aims to ad… YetiPaul Foundation needs your support for Restoration of Oke-Ita Nursery and Primary School gofund.me TOUCH A LIFE, IMPACT GENERATIONS

Advisor on Vision, Strategy and Culture. Founder & CEO @ Level Water & Swim Collective. HBR Advisory Board, Swim Alliance Inclusion Chair, Shortlisted for Charity CEO of the Year
Here's one thing I really love about charity: We don't have competitors. Organisations that do similar things to us, share our mission. They're trying to create similar change in the world. They're working on the same problems. They're helping the same people. They have different ideas. Things we haven't tried. So where companies compete, hide developments, steal ideas, keep secrets ... we collaborate. If I have a problem, I phone up my competitors and they help me solve it. A lot of content, programmes and value in the charity world is effectively open-source. We did this recently with Dave Candler and the STA (Swimming Teachers Association). They have launched fabulous new teacher training with an emphasis on teaching people with disabilities. So of course they called us, to ask what we've learnt in the past decade. We invited them along to watch our training sessions, shared our content, and now they've built something awesome. It furthers their objectives, and it furthers our objectives. It gets more well-qualified swim teachers out there, confident to teach children with disabilities. And when they start teaching with Level Water, they already know half of our training, and aren't hearing or thinking about things for the first time. Win-Win.

This week, Smart Osvita turns eight years old 🎊 You can congratulate us by supporting the children and our projects because this is precisely what we work for. We have launched two donation campaigns on the GlobalGiving platform. Our team would greatly appreciate any support, such as likes, reposts, and donations. 1. Chests for Shelters in Ukrainian Schools Chests for Shelter is a tool-kit aimed at strengthening psychological resilience, reducing stress and anxiety, and providing a child-friendly environment for students forced to spend a lot of time in a bomb shelter during their schooling. Each chest can support 100 students at once. The demand for them is very high - we have received about 1000 applications from schools. Donate on Global Giving: https://lnkd.in/d8JRAxUV 2. Supplementary Lessons for Ukrainian Students With Significant Educational Losses We aim to help children with limited access to education or who could not attend school for more than two years due to the war. We will provide individualised support to help them catch up on the curriculum, overcome educational losses, and improve their psychological well-being so that they can continue studying with their age groups. Our teachers will deliver individual tutoring in Ukrainian and Mathematics. Donate on Global Giving: https://lnkd.in/dXqQVaju
