One of my biggest lessons - everything is a no until you ask. This picture here? I asked some of my favorite running brands to donate product for a 5k event I'm planning - and it's safe to say there's a couple grand worth of product from 12 different brands, ready for the runners, that cost me nothing. One DM into their Instagrams - and magic! Now let's not get confused with becoming obnoxious, demanding, or greedy - but how will anyone know your request, needs, and wants if you don't speak the heck up? No one is a mind-reader. Do not assume the answer will be no. Whether it's partnerships, negotiations, opportunities, events - nothing will limit you more than yourself. This ability to ask will also help grow your confidence.
