How to increase Walmart order handling time? Many new sellers on Walmart are encountering handling time issues. To increase Walmart order handling time, you can follow these steps: Lag Time: Apply one day of fulfillment lag time to any product. To apply for more than one day, you need to request permission from Walmart through the lag time exemption request (Provide a valid reason, such as high order volume or product complexity). Order cutoff time: Specify a cutoff time for each day of the week, ensuring you have sufficient time to process orders. Remember to select the correct timezone of your fulfillment center. If you have more than one, you can specify its timezone in the fulfillment center settings. I hope this helps.

Same-Day vs. Free Shipping - which is better? Tatiana Walk-Morris wrote a great article for Retail Dive about free vs. same-day shipping. The first sentence says it all: "The costs of implementing same-day and next-day delivery might not be worth it given the level of consumer interest in the service." Agreed, don't implement same-day delivery when the cost is more than ground. Doesn't make sense. Find a same-day delivery provider that doesn't cost an arm and a leg.
