🚀 Changeover Day Tomorrow! As the new training year kicks off, many of you might be feeling the stress and uncertainty that comes with transitioning into new roles. I've been there myself—feeling like the inexperienced newcomer, grappling with imposter syndrome, and adapting to unfamiliar environments. It's a lot to handle at once, but remember, you're not alone. Everyone is in the same boat, and we all want you to succeed! Here are some tips to help you navigate this transition: 1️⃣ Stay Hydrated: Always carry a water bottle with you (trust me) 2️⃣ Ask Questions: Don’t hesitate to ask for clarification or guidance 3️⃣ Know Your Patients: When consulting with a radiologist or any other specialist, have a solid understanding of your patient's situation. Don’t be afraid to admit when you need assistance or need to go back and look at the notes 4️⃣ Patient Interactions Matter: You'll likely spend more time with patients than your seniors do. Remember, patients often just need someone who will listen to them 5️⃣ Embrace the Journey: Time will fly by, and the journey will be worth it :) #NHS #training #education

Special events are not included in this membership level. This is no longer a January through December calendar year membership but a 12 month anniversary for renewals. Bronze The regular membership fee is for twelve continuous calendar months. It is no longer based on the calendar year of January through December but the 12 month anniversary for renewals. This membership fee is for those who are not part of SHRM. Silver The regular membership fee is for twelve continuous calendar months. It is no longer based on the calendar year of January through December but the 12 month anniversary for renewals. This price is for SHRM members only. College Student The College Student Membership is $25 for twelve continuous months. This membership includes monthly luncheons at no additional charge. A student member should be currently enrolled and actively taking classes in an undergraduate program. OCHRS wants to encourage students to attend meetings and experience the networking and educational opportunities that come from monthly luncheons. Upon graduation, the student member becomes eligible for one of the other membership levels.
