I am proud to share that Ed Joyce, our Board Chair, was nominated for the Outstanding Board Leader award at the 23rd Annual NOVO Awards by the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce. This nomination is a recognition of Ed’s visionary leadership and his commitment to advancing the mission of Chapman Partnership. Under Ed’s leadership, we have witnessed significant advancements in our governance structure and operational efficiency. He has been instrumental in strengthening our board engagement and introducing a strategic recruitment approach that has brought exceptional talent to the table. His leadership has also helped us significantly grow and diversify our revenue, ensuring we can continue serving those in need with excellence and compassion. Beyond financial stewardship, Ed’s vision for holistic care led to the development of our spiritual life and wellness program, which enriches the lives of our residents, addressing their emotional and spiritual needs. His passion for innovation is further evident in how he championed trauma-informed care, ensuring that Chapman Partnership continues providing the highest quality services to those we serve. Congratulations to all the winners and nominees. Ed, we are grateful for your leadership, dedication, and the transformative impact you have had on our organization. Thank you for everything you continue to do for Chapman Partnership and the Miami-Dade community.
