It's a smasher of a roast dinner, the full works, cauliflower fondue cheese, braised red cabbage, roasties, Yorkshire pud, 3 meats, or vegan nut roast,and better than any Gastro pub I have ever eaten at. - 3 options, desert table, and all locally sourced from the UK. - Each meal has been assessed for its carbon impact, water usage, landmass usage, and impact on communities. - We measure every metric available to give an overall environmental impact for the production/event. This is all done through Klimato - they are exceptional at what they do. This isn’t greenwashing. Sustainability is a core value and has been since we established our company over 10 years ago.
