The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in achieving sales targets, building strong client relationships, and representing our brand with professionalism and enthusiasm. 𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀: ◾️ Achieve daily, monthly, and quarterly sales targets as set by the management. ◾️ Identify and generate leads through diverse channels, including retail outlets, beauty salons, and pharmacies. ◾️ Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business. ◾️ Provide personalized product consultations and recommendations tailored to customer needs. ◾️ Stay well-informed about product features, benefits, and application techniques to deliver expert guidance. ◾️ Conduct product demonstrations and distribute samples to potential customers. ◾️ Represent the brand at promotional events, exhibitions, and trade shows. ◾️ Collect and analyze customer feedback and monitor market trends to inform sales strategies. ◾️ Prepare and submit timely sales reports to the management team. ◾️ Collaborate with marketing and logistics teams to ensure the timely delivery and availability of products. ◾️ Share insights and feedback with the product development team to support continuous improvement. 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀: ◾️ Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field. ◾️ Proven experience in sales, preferably in retail, beauty salon, or pharmaceutical industries. ◾️ Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. ◾️ Ability to analyze customer needs and provide effective solutions. ◾️ Self-motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. ◾️ Familiarity with market trends in the beauty and wellness industry is a plus. ◾️ Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Contractor Management: · Ensure enrollment, update points and extend benefits to contractors through dealers as per the defined loyalty program structure · Plan and organize product awareness meets for Contractors during new product launches. Customer complain resolution: · Investigate and resolve dealer level and customer level complaints within the defined timelines. Reporting and Integration: · Co-ordinate with other verticals like project sales and services for lead sharing or any other issue as and when required. Prepare and share reports such as Daily visits report and territory monthly report.
