Develop models to analyze the potential consequences of strategic alternatives and facilitate the review and debate of strategic options, such as by validating and stress testing options or alternative approaches using stakeholder engagement and the applicable governance processes. 10. Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks throughout the planning process. 11. Develop realistic project schedules, allocate resources efficiently, and adhere to project timelines. 12. Create and maintain project budgets, track expenses, and manage costs effectively. 13. Facilitate meetings, workshops, focus groups, surveys, and interviews to gather input and feedback. 14. Foster collaboration, consensus-building, and ownership among stakeholders ensuring that diverse perspectives and voices are represented in the planning process. 15. Monitor to measure progress and ability to adjust based on changing conditions. 16.
