🎆 Happy 4th of July! Celebrate Safely! 🇺🇸 As we come together to celebrate Independence Day, let’s ensure we do so safely. Here are a few tips to keep in mind: 1. Fireworks Safety 🎇: Always follow local laws and guidelines. Leave the fireworks to the professionals and enjoy public displays instead of handling fireworks at home. 2. Grill with Care 🍔: Keep grills away from structures and overhanging branches. Never leave a grill unattended, and make sure to keep children and pets at a safe distance. 3. Hydrate 💧: Stay hydrated, especially if you’re spending the day outside. Drink plenty of water and avoid excessive alcohol consumption. 4. Sun Protection 🧴🕶️: Use sunscreen with at least SPF 30, wear hats and sunglasses, and seek shade during the peak sun hours between 10 AM and 4 PM. 5. Water Safety 🌊: If you’re planning to swim, ensure everyone knows how to swim, supervise children at all times, and never swim alone. 6. Stay Cool ❄️: Take breaks in the shade or air-conditioned areas to avoid heat-related illnesses. Let’s make this 4th of July a joyful and safe celebration for everyone! Wishing you a wonderful Independence Day! From the Keplar Family

And, on every day, remembering and acknowledging the efforts you are making and the stepping stones that you are exploring is very important. We are too rarely acknowledged, even by ourselves. In HHH we learn to do this for ourselves - from the most loving part of ourselves to the parts making the efforts. We also learn to celebrate it with each other. One of our favorite traditions — Reflections for the soul…. Download our guide for the final week of Advent!
To care for your soul and wait on God requires you to return to a childlike place of dependence and wonder. 🚗 As adults, we’ve learned to “get things done” and “make things happen.” The season around Christmas is filled with tasks, parties, and gifts to be procured (even if it is “Buy Now with One Click"). ⏸️ The gift of Advent is that you cannot make it happen. Give yourself to the waiting—rest your souls in the hands of God, and allow your typical ways of “making things happen” slow to a halt. 🎄 Just like a child, knowing they are loved and cared for, trust that there are good things on the other side of the waiting. There are things you didn’t make—flowing from the loving heart of God, for you. 🎁 — "Advent Reflections for the Soul" Download at: https://lnkd.in/g9Jf5fap

As we usher in the New Year, let's collectively ensure a safe and joyous celebration for everyone. It is crucial to emphasize the potential dangers associated with the use of explosives during festivities. While fireworks and pyrotechnics add to the festive spirit, mishandling or using them irresponsibly can lead to serious injuries and property damage. As safety personnel, I urge each one of you to prioritize safety above all else. Consider attending public, organized displays conducted by professionals rather than engaging in personal use of explosives. If you choose to celebrate with fireworks at home, follow local regulations, maintain a safe distance, and have proper safety measures in place. Remember, your safety and the safety of those around you is paramount. Educate friends and family about the risks, and encourage responsible celebration practices. Let us ring in the New Year with joy, unity, and above all, a commitment to keeping our community safe. Wishing you a Happy and Safe New Year!

Once upon a March day, a spirited soul embarked on a journey. With each step, challenges sprouted like thorns on the path, yet they pressed on, undeterred. Along the way, encounters with adversity became opportunities for growth, much like the way rain nurtures the soil. In the midst of March's unpredictable weather, moments of sunshine appeared in unexpected places. Amidst the rain showers, a serendipitous meeting with an old friend brought warmth, like the first rays of spring sunshine after a storm. As the days unfolded, so did the narrative of resilience and determination. Just as the winds of March carried whispers of change, the journeyer discovered inner strength that had been dormant, ready to blossom. The thorns, once perceived as obstacles, now stood as guardians, protecting the beautiful roses of experience and wisdom that bloomed along the way. By the end of the month, the journeyer realized that March, with its fickle weather and challenging terrain, had become the crucible for personal transformation. The journey through March's twists and turns had not only shaped them but had also sown the seeds for a garden of newfound strength and resilience that would continue to flourish in the seasons to come. And so, with a heart full of lessons and a spirit renewed, the journeyer stepped into the next chapter, ready to face whatever April may bring. . . . .
