Change is a constant factor for organisations right across the Third Sector including many of the smaller, local charities and community initiatives we support at Heart of England Community Foundation. Local organisations grapple with challenges everyday - from funding applications, to delivering quality services, supporting volunteers, measuring impact and keeping the lights on! But their work has not gone unnoticed and is strongly reflected in the latest Civil Society Almanac which really shines a light on the heroic efforts of our sector over the last few years during and following the pandemic.
