1. Businesses, and their managers, sometimes shouldn't be responsible for the conduct of their employees! 2. Police need to act appropriately! 3. When the police are misinformed, bad behavior should be expected and those misinforming the police should either share in the blame/responsibility or be the ONLY PEOPLE with blame and responsibility! From the article, it sounds like the police acted on their own and so, in this case, it seems like 100% responsibility for this TRAVESTY should go to the officers involved and there should be an investigation into whether they should remain police officers!

It’s tragic that a Black person simply trying to enjoy a meal with his family is automatically seen as suspicious and that officers feel free to behave recklessly, violently, and unjustifiably, even toward a man holding a baby."
