Can you remember your last success in medicine, where a patient got well and expressed their appreciation? For every complaint we receive, there are likely 50 to 100 instances of positive outcomes and grateful patients. When faced with a complaint, it’s crucial to focus on it appropriately: learn from it and strive to improve. However, it's equally important to remember that this 0.5% of interactions shouldn't overshadow the 99.5% of successful, positive experiences.
