Just published in Abdominal Radiology our paper reviewing the literature on prognostic factors of colon cancer as assessed by preoperative CT and MRI. Radiologists’ knowledge on this topic is essential, as such factors aid in risk stratification, treatment decisions, and surgical planning for colon cancer patients. A study conducted by the Turkish Society of Radiology aimed to develop models for predicting Overall Survival (OS) and Progression-free Survival (PFS) of patients with Primary Hepatocellular Carcinoma (HCC). The models were established based on ultrasonic imaging accessible features and showed excellent accuracy and prognosis prediction of OS and PFS in patients with primary HCC.
