We enjoyed our webinar with GIST Impact's newest technology partner Sustain It Right. What I really like about Sustain It Right's platform is the combination of quantitative insights with qualitative stakeholder inputs, delivered right at the point of input by the stakeholder. So, as the stakeholder is considering the materiality of a sustainability topic on Sustain It Right's platform, they have data right in front of them, to help their thinking. It also acts as a bit of a check-and-balance, so if the user may think a topic unimportant, they might be right based on what they know on-the-ground, but they also have the benefit of data to validate and test their thinking. Not all 'data' is equal of course. If it is just a summary of ESG reports and sentiment analysis, that is not really an impact, and not fair to the stakeholders relying on the data. Sustain It Right sources data from GIST Impact, which is built bottom-up, based on 14,500+ companies and their actual impacts, and then aggregated up to a sector-level view for ease of the user on the platform. Last week, our Senior Vice President, Sam King, joined our newest Partner, Sustain It Right, to discuss their Intelligent Double Materiality Assistant (iDMA) solution, which integrates GIST Impact’s double materiality data for CSRD.
