This is so cool! London-based Popp AI just set a world first for inclusivity in hiring. This GenAI HR tech company is walking the walk, and publicly disclosing the performance of its AI against diversity, equality, and inclusion best practice. Generative AI, when applied to recruitment, is one of the most powerful technologies to simulate how a human may interpret and analyse unstructured information about a candidate. However, generative models are marred by bias inherited from the large datasets on which they are trained. The team at Popp, however, is implementing measures to i) mitigate bias, and ii) demonstrate transparency about their approach.
