based on the best practices I recommend using the entire column for both Look Array & return array & close the door in case of Dynamic ranges as well as not required to Fix the Ranges.

XLOOKUP is the BEST FORMULA EVER! Can make it even easier by highlighting the corresponding columns in its entirety instead of selecting the cell range.
