Job Title: Projects Management Specialist
Industry: Advisory, Consulting and Investment firm
Location: Victoria Island
Work Model: Onsite
Salary Band: N350,000 - 450,000
Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Plan Development:
● Participate in and synthesize the results of strategy workshops and training sessions
● Research existing models in other markets and assess the local competitive landscape
● Assist in honing the vision, mission, strategy, and supporting structure for the company.
● Develop a detailed business plan, including product offerings, pricing, timing for key actions, and investments
● Create the financial model for the business
● Design the platform for information sharing, team collaboration, online filing, processes etc
2. Execution & Implementation:
● Lead the development of a comprehensive execution plan to fully operationalize the business
● Establish banking and payment systems, invoicing, and accounting systems
● Develop initial business development plans and marketing materials such as the company website, brochures, and corporate profile
● Manage other operational tasks as required
3. Project Management:
● Actively manage an action plan with clearly defined tasks and milestones for business operations
● Coordinate the company’s weekly meetings, monthly objectives, and annual strategy execution plans
● Work with directors to close and execute on ongoing/potential mandates in 2024
4. Client Development:
● Identify and prioritize potential clients based on their alignment with our ESG consultancy's target market and service offerings
● Cultivate and nurture relationships with existing clients to foster long-term partnerships and repeat business opportunities.
● Develop tailored strategies and solutions to address the specific needs and challenges of prospective clients, demonstrating our value proposition effectively.
● Engage in proactive outreach and networking activities to expand our client base and establish new business opportunities.
● Continuously assess client feedback and market trends to refine our client development strategies and ensure alignment with evolving needs and preferences.
5. Partnership Management
● Identify and evaluate potential strategic partners, including industry associations, NGOs, academic institutions, and other ESG-focused organizations, to expand our network and enhance our service offerings.
● Initiate and cultivate relationships with potential partners through targeted outreach, networking events, and collaborative projects, fostering mutual understanding and trust.
● Collaborate with existing partners to maximize the value of our partnerships, leveraging their expertise, resources, and networks to enhance our impact and reach.
● Develop partnership agreements that outline clear objectives, roles, responsibilities, and mutual benefits, ensuring alignment with our strategic goals and values.
