I love this. It’s wild how many wineries don’t realize this crucial piece of data about their target audience. Understanding your customers and what makes them tick should be the foundation of any business strategy, but so many miss the mark here. Knowing this can completely change how you market, connect with people, and ultimately increase sales. ... Not having this insight is like flying blind in such a competitive industry.

If you're a supplier working with a beverage distributor, this is a quick insight into how to handle objections about slow moving product and the dreaded challenge of not taking new products. Before #BeerWholesalers start to come at me for this - I realize your warehouse is stacked and that physical space is limited. I think about these things from both sides of the fence and approach it as "how can we sell more together?"

Create your personal influence, and use it wherever your brand lags.
