Hey everyone! 👋 As someone who works on the healthcare side of recruiting specializing in permanent, direct hires, I've been thinking about the challenges we face in sourcing candidates. We handle a pretty wide range of roles—from staff RNs and nurse management to IT specialists and surgery center staff.
Right now, our go-to platforms are LinkedIn, Indeed, CareerBuilder, and Monster. While these are great for reaching a vast audience, I can’t shake the feeling that there’s more we can tap into. We've also got a solid referral base, which is definitely a plus! 🌟
Here are some pain points I’ve noticed in our current approach:
Limited Platforms: Depending only on main job boards can limit exposure to niche candidates.
Referral Burnout: While referrals can be excellent, there’s a risk of exhausting our existing network.
