Two months ago, my life took an unexpected turn.
On the very day I was informed that I will start my journey with iDelsoft, my father passed away. It was one of the most challenging moments I've ever faced. Navigating through the emotions of losing a loved one while stepping into a new professional role.
My father was a pillar of strength, integrity and wisdom. He taught me countless life lessons, always through his example. But his greatest gift was his unwavering resilience and dedication to work. No matter what obstacles came his way, he faced them with courage and determination (and also a very optimistic approach). His work ethic and commitment to his family were unparalleled, and even in his absence, his lessons continue to guide me. Every single day.
Within my journey at iDelsoft, I found myself drawing on my father’s teachings more than ever. He taught me that resilience is not about avoiding challenges but facing them head-on with attitude and perseverance. In my new role, I've applied these principles to help me navigate the complexities (and pressures) of the sales world. His belief in the importance of hard work and integrity is a legacy I carry forward, not just in my professional life but in every aspect of who I am.
Even during difficult times, he found a way to move forward and make a positive impact on those around him. These lessons have become the foundation of my approach to challenges every day. Every obstacle is an opportunity to take a step back and apply his wisdom. Whether it's prospecting new clients or navigating sales negotiations, I carry his resilience and dedication with me.
I miss you Dad.
