“Your life does not get better by chance; it gets better by change.” Embracing Change and New Opportunities as Summer Winds Down As we bid farewell to summer and step into the final quarter of the year, I find myself reflecting on the journey so far and the exciting changes on the horizon. These past few years have been a time of growth (at least I hope it was growth 😊) and have definitely been transformative for me. Now, with new job responsibilities (yes, stay tuned 😊), I am thrilled to use the experiences from my journey to take on these challenges and contribute even more to my team and organization. It’s an opportunity to further learn, innovate, and make a meaningful impact. And how about you? As we transition into fall, how do you reflect on your own journey? One of the highlights of my year was engaging in meaningful conversations about strategic vision during career discussions.
