🌱 3 key insights from a Circular Economy workshop with CHEP! 🔄 First, I want to thank Alejandro Tostado, Sustainability and Government Affairs Lead at CHEP, a Brambles Company, for leading the discussion. These are 3 key insights I learned from him: 🔄 A circular economy goes beyond our understanding of #sustainability. It deals with committing to #decoupling our production and consumption systems to become net positive. 💡 #Innovation, #vision and #design are three fundamental attributes of a successful circular business model. The challenge? Identifying and addressing value leakages in the processes involved. ⏩️ There are 5 strategies towards achieving #circularity: sharing platforms, circular supplies, resource recovery, product life extension, and product as a service. There is not a one-size-fits-all approach to it. Sincere congratulations to IE 17 Sustainable Development Goals Club, for which I am personally grateful, and IE School of Politics, Economics & Global Affairs for organizing the workshop.
