What a fabulous session tonight @TheOpEdProject  with guest speaker (the amazing) Gemma Bulos with "Transcending The Imposter Syndrome." I particularly liked learning about how we can go from "learned helplessness" to "learned optimism" by reframing our imposter syndrome self-talk statements into one of the 3 P's: positive statement, productive statement, or empowered statement. Gemma modeled it brilliantly.
