How Do Humpback Whales Feed? Dive into the fascinating world of humpback whales! These majestic creatures have a unique feeding strategy that's as clever as it is effective. They plunge deep into the ocean, swim in a circle, and exhale bubbles. This creates a bubble net that fish are reluctant to cross, concentrating them in the center. Then, the whale surges upwards, gobbling up the trapped fish in one big gulp. It's a brilliant display of nature's ingenuity, don't you think?
