Ready, aim, throw! Drawing a comparison between axe throwing and the energy industry might seem unconventional, however on a closer inspection both fields share intriguing parallels that highlight their unique characteristics and the importance of innovation, precision and continuous learning and improvement. Axe throwing without stating the obvious is a pretty niche sport. Niche sports often lead the way in innovation, whether through the development of new equipment, training methods, or organizational structures, sound familiar? Niche sports can also foster strong local and international communities bringing together like-minded individuals, creating a sense of belonging and camaraderie among participants and fans. Scouting tips 5# Be consistent. I have a lot of young scouts that send me their reports to look at and give feedback. A lot of the time these reports are incredibly detailed and presented very professionally. Much better than anything I could do. What's missing in general is either: - A level of consistency in the final evaluation from the information presented. - Consistency of evaluation from report to report The thing that I say to players about being a 7/10 every week rather than a 10/10 one week and a 4/10 the next week, well the same applies to scouting. Make sure you can be trusted to give two similar players a similar evaluation.
