Did you know that whenever there's a major global event such as the horrifying situations in the Ukraine and Gaza, donations to small charities fall off a cliff. When we see innocent children hurt by senseless war and violence, we all want to do what we can to help ease their pain and suffering. The frustrating thing for small charities like the Musical Youth Foundation (CHY#18624) is that the vulnerable children it is our mission to help have not gone away, their nightmare situations persist and often worsen as donations and grant funding get diverted to the more desperate looking situations plastered all over our social networks and across media channels. My dream is to help all children everywhere by giving them access to music lessons and instruments. Music education is proven to result in better outcomes and ultimately save the taxpayer millions by keeping children engaged in the education system. The museum is a 501c3 nonprofit and for some lowering their taxable income is more valuable than the car. 2) The vehicle being donated is sentimental and the donor wants to share the vehicle and the story with people from all over the world. 3) The donor doesn’t need or want the vehicle and chooses to help support the museum by donating it. My message for people who are skeptical about this situation: Integrity matters, you gotta do the right thing even when no one is watching. People need to know what is right and what is wrong. Don't be a sheep and run after the shiny objects. Know your moral compass and support good people. If you are not part of the community you're not gonna know how awesome Cara community is and how much people are helping each other, respecting, encouraging, uplifting, leveling up together and so much happier because it's about human connection, engagement, one on one conversations, discussions and simply judgment-free art. Nobody feels like a content machine for them to scrape off our images or art for data without our consent. Every art created by humans no matter what style deserves respect, so does the artist. We don't wanna be addicted to notifications but be more productive with our work, share meaningful thoughts, and sharing our creation with fellow human beings. If we look back into the past into the art history, there is masterful work done by amazing masters and nobody cared about Notifications (because it didn't exist) so people were more productive not that it's a bad thing in this modern world, just stating my observation, it was all about one on one conversations, letters, collaboration, surrounding themselves with like-minded people thought leaders and making beautiful artwork. Something we can learn from art history.
