How much does the arts mean to you?
It's no joke! Arizona Gives Day is just one day away! Don't be fooled, you can make a donation early in support of your favorite Arizona nonprofit. You don't have to wait until April 2! You can make a positive impact for youth artists with a donation to Cultural Coalition. A gift of $50-$100 enables us to hire local Latiné and BIPOC artists to come to our after school arts program and festivals to lead hands-on art activities with the artists of tomorrow. Painting, dancing, storytelling, and music instruction are just a few of the opportunities we provide to youth of all ages. We bring these free arts opportunities to underserved communities throughout Arizona thanks to your support! Gift the gift of art today! https://lnkd.in/g-ueCFrs . . . . . . . #azgivesday #arizonagives #supportnonprofits #aznonprofits #supportthearts #supportlocalartists #azartists

Did you know that whenever there's a major global event such as the horrifying situations in the Ukraine and Gaza, donations to small charities fall off a cliff. When we see innocent children hurt by senseless war and violence, we all want to do what we can to help ease their pain and suffering. The frustrating thing for small charities like the Musical Youth Foundation (CHY#18624) is that the vulnerable children it is our mission to help have not gone away, their nightmare situations persist and often worsen as donations and grant funding get diverted to the more desperate looking situations plastered all over our social networks and across media channels. My dream is to help all children everywhere by giving them access to music lessons and instruments. Music education is proven to result in better outcomes and ultimately save the taxpayer millions by keeping children engaged in the education system. Without your backing, it is just one man’s crazy dream. With your help, thousands of children in Ireland and beyond will benefit from the power of music. Let us create a wave of goodwill and positivity by filling this world with love and music. Just €20. from you once a year can make all the difference. Donate now via https://lnkd.in/dt7CHCaX and together we can change the world a little bit for the better. #musiceducationmatters #musicforpeace #musicchangeslives #guitarsforkids #childrenscharity #donateforchange #makeadifference #makeanimpact

Not-for-profit schools often rely on the kindness and generosity of parents and alumni to support their educational goals. Donated property, such as musical equipment, art, or, even, real estate, can significantly contribute to a school’s financial strength. However, it is crucial to know how to deal with these donations for proper financial management. Adam Koomer, CPA shares insights for nonprofits on maximizing the impact of donated property: Accounting for Auction vs. Internal Use. There are 3 main reasons to donate a vehicle to Miles Through Time Automotive Museum 1) Tax write-off. The museum is a 501c3 nonprofit and for some lowering their taxable income is more valuable than the car. 2) The vehicle being donated is sentimental and the donor wants to share the vehicle and the story with people from all over the world. 3) The donor doesn’t need or want the vehicle and chooses to help support the museum by donating it. This can be for display or to sell to raise funds for the museum. If you want to help support the museum by donating a vehicle go to https://lnkd.in/dKHKT4Y

My message for people who are skeptical about this situation: Integrity matters, you gotta do the right thing even when no one is watching. People need to know what is right and what is wrong. Don't be a sheep and run after the shiny objects. Know your moral compass and support good people. I donated yesterday (the reason why i say this because I want to show people that I am supporting them when I can, I'm not the richest man in the world, doing the best i can when i can) https://lnkd.in/e3Sk7tFa I would always support people or a team with positive intentions, positive mission statement, and positive vision and who want to help people and the community. If you are not part of the community you're not gonna know how awesome Cara community is and how much people are helping each other, respecting, encouraging, uplifting, leveling up together and so much happier because it's about human connection, engagement, one on one conversations, discussions and simply judgment-free art. Nobody feels like a content machine for them to scrape off our images or art for data without our consent. Every art created by humans no matter what style deserves respect, so does the artist. About Cara - https://cara.app/about Frequently Asked Question - https://cara.app/faq Also, this is what happened with the founder in case you are not sure (here is a recent article that was published 13 hours ago) https://lnkd.in/eQFVgW9p “For artists, we want to share our work with the world. We put it online, and we don’t charge people to view this piece of work, but it doesn’t mean that we give up our copyright, or any ownership of our work.” - Jingna Zhang Support Cara app if you care about the community, HUMAN art and human artists. https://lnkd.in/eQU7b9y8 I think social media apps have programmed all of us for LIKES, SHARES, FOLLOWS, and ALGORITHM games when it's about engagement, community, and growing together as human beings / artists. We don't wanna be addicted to notifications but be more productive with our work, share meaningful thoughts, and sharing our creation with fellow human beings. If we look back into the past into the art history, there is masterful work done by amazing masters and nobody cared about Notifications (because it didn't exist) so people were more productive not that it's a bad thing in this modern world, just stating my observation, it was all about one on one conversations, letters, collaboration, surrounding themselves with like-minded people thought leaders and making beautiful artwork. Something we can learn from art history. My intention is always to be on the right side, do the right thing and be a good person as simple as that. #supportcara #cara #artcommunity #art #artist #animation #industry #consent #credit #compensation
CARA needs our help. Please consider donating or subscribing for a couple bucks a month. There are over 600K new users and counting. Jingna Zhang is paying for this Artist driven (NO AI) platform out of pocket. If we want this community to STAY independent, we need to support independent efforts. Donate here! $1-5 monthly is all it takes. https://lnkd.in/gbiNuYB5

Founder & Managing Partner at Storyminers | Advisor to Leaders Who Want to Realize 25-100+% Revenue Growth with Practical and Unexpected Strategies by "Storyboarding the Future"
We've learned so much at #FullCircle since 2020. Things are happening so quickly, and user needs are emerging, so we're deepening our research efforts. If you'd like to know more about this project, check out https://lnkd.in/enueaSdt or ask me.
What led Mike Wittenstein and Julia Michaels to launch this organization? Julia heard the idea of creating connections among Diaspora sites around the world from a Rio de Janeiro museum founder. She told her longtime friend MIke about it in 2020, lamenting that the pandemic made it hard to bring the idea to life. Why not do it virtually? Mike asked. They created the FullCircle 501 (c) 3 in 2021. Would you like to help fund our user research? Our donation button: https://lnkd.in/gFUEdENM. #culture #africandiaspora #blackhistory #blackculture
