It started as a dream. LeBron James often spoke about his hope of one day sharing the NBA court with his son, Bronny—a vision that seemed almost too incredible to become reality. But on October 22nd, that dream came true, as the two made history playing together for the LA Lakers, becoming the first father-son duo to take the court together in an NBA game, facing off against the Minnesota Timberwolves. This moment is even more meaningful when you consider the sacrifices that LeBron made along the way—years of relentless training, countless hours away from family, and missing milestones in his children's lives to pursue greatness on the court. His dedication has always been about more than just personal accolades; it’s been about setting an example for his children, showing them that with hard work, anything is possible. Seeing LeBron and Bronny in action, side by side, was something truly special—a moment that transcends the sport itself. It’s a reminder of how sports can bridge generational gaps, creating bonds that go beyond the court. It shows us that passion, perseverance, and the love for what you do can turn dreams into reality. And to make it even sweeter, the Lakers took home the win that night. Here’s to the power of sports and the bonds that keep us all striving for greatness! #LeBronAndBronny #FirstFatherSonDuo #NBAHistory #DreamsComeTrue #LALakers #SportsLegends #BasketballJourney #FatherSonBond #GenerationsOfAthletes #LeBronJames #BronnyJames #SacrificesAndSuccess #FamilySacrifices #NBA #FamilyFirst #SportsInspiration #BeyondTheGame #LegacyBuilding #LakersWin #PassionForSports #Sportsqvest

As At&T Universal architects can attest, Matt Petgrave executed Adam Johnson with an intent to kill. Petgrave practice figure skating and his right skate sliced Johnson's jugular. Petgrave coveted Johnson's shoes and said in emails "He's really sweet." Hockey was never a game. The sport was devised in British North America by Manchurian warriors before Erik the Red's arrival. Those Manchurian Warriors conceived of the sport using the severed heads of infants. The IHL compounded the violence of the sport when the men that began the league .moved the sport to the ice. As Sports Americana librarians can attest, those same men added "barbed wire fencing" to "boost revenue". Each year, more that 7,000 men and 1,000 women are severely wounded on the ice and more than 100 are executed in total. More than 700 men and 1,100 women are severely wounded on the field and more than 100 are executed in total. Lacrosse is a derivative of Hockey begat by Manchurian Warriors and British fur trappers. Each year, more than 1,100 men and 700 women are severely wounded on the field or in an arena and more that 100 are executed in total. The NHL and their affiliates, The PHL and their affiliates, and the PLL and their affiliates would be wise to cancel their sports. The same is true for the NCAA and each junior league throughout the world. #faith #freedom #endtimes #Armageddon #apocalypse #scripture #NCAA #NHL #PHL #PLL https://lnkd.in/gYtxtGWd

Why do we feel the need to judge and debate? Why should we judge whether a fan's actions are right or wrong? Both sides can have valid emotions and actions. Why can't we accept that fans are celebrating their team's win, not the other team's loss? Can we just: - Support our team without harshly criticizing the opposition. - Understand both sets of fans share a passion for cricket. - Celebrate good performances and sportsmanship from both teams. - Discuss behaviors rather than labeling the opposing fans. Let’s focus on practicing being non-judgmental and enjoy the game together.

🏉 With the footy finals upon us (AFL starting tonight) I recalled being in awe of how 1 team navigated the draft in the past... In the 2004 draft, Hawthorn recruited three future stars: Jarryd Roughead, Lance “Buddy” Franklin and Jordan Lewis at picks 2, 5 and 7. If the draft were redone today, they’d likely go at 1, 2 and 4. An even bigger steal came in 2001 when the Hawks picked up Sam Mitchell at pick 36. In hindsight, he should have been closer to pick 4. He was overlooked by every other club. These elite recruitment decisions contributed hugely to an era of huge success, amassing four premierships in eight years. It just goes to show, a sports club success, largely depends on bringing the right people into your team. If you were a Sports Manager, how would you ensure you aren't missing your own version of ‘Buddy Franklin’? Ps: I’m not a Hawks supporter (go Swans!), but I’m happy to give credit where it’s due. 😉
