We’re known for our customer service, and there’s a vital human aspect to that service — but there’s also a lot of innovative technology that goes on in the background that the customer may never see.    As lead platform engineer for the Digital Shared Platforms team, it’s my responsibility to lead the technical strategy, support and maintenance for multiple platforms that enable collaboration at Chick-fil-A, Inc.     The daily challenge of making sure everything is flowing properly and running smoothly is exciting and fulfilling for me. From a change management perspective, my focus is to make sure we’re releasing the tools and the features that increase productivity for our staff and our restaurants.    For me personally, I love helping people. Task 1 Completed: Analyzing Restaurant Reviews 🍽️ As part of my ongoing journey with CodEvo Solutions, I recently completed an insightful project that allowed me to dive deep into real-time data analysis and customer sentiment evaluation. 🔍 Task Overview: I selected a restaurant and analyzed recent customer reviews to gauge overall sentiment—positive, negative, or neutral. The process involved: Collecting and organizing reviews, focusing on ratings and key points. Analyzing data to identify the average rating and the most frequent positive and negative feedback (like "delicious food" and "slow service"). Summarizing the findings in a concise report. 📝 Key Learnings: Mastered the art of data handling and sentiment analysis. Developed a deeper understanding of how customer feedback can shape business strategies. Enhanced my ability to present complex data in a clear, actionable format.
