To put the puzzle together, piece by piece, we use #OKRs at neustark.    Last week, we set our Q2 objectives – as a company, as teams and as individuals.     Setting dynamic OKRs helps us stay agile and pragmatic in ‘how’ we do things in our fast-moving market.    And they help us structure our pathway towards removing 1 million tons of CO2 in 2030 and beyond.    The best thing: they create excitement, re-igniting the passion that we all share!
