As a point of you being your guest in your hotel or in restaurant, many hotel and restaurant companies are only doing their brand company promotions with displaying mass common standard photos of your chefs as like professional model in social media to make WOW your guests. Is it real WOW needs for your guests todays world? What is your thoughts if the rest of team in F&B service, housekeeping, engineering, gardening, recreation, front office, back office, security etc should be also in the main frame of your social media? Guests hate buy product. Guests always love to experience the entire balancing elements in your hotel or restaurant. These such of organizations need a SuperTEAM not a SuperMAN. Is anyone able to deliver a better understanding? Please comment below in great respect.

Ever wondered what a day in the life of a vent hood cleaning pro looks like? 🤔 Well, let me take you behind the scenes! Early mornings are typical because we want to get in before the kitchen heats up—literally! The goal? To ensure every inch of your kitchen's vent hood is grease-free and gleaming before the first chef walks in. 🌟 Here’s a little insight: It’s not just about keeping things clean; it’s about safety. A clean vent hood reduces fire risks and improves air quality, ensuring that both the staff and patrons are in a safe environment. 🔥🍃 And there’s nothing quite like the satisfaction of transforming a greasy hood into a spotless piece of essential kitchen gear. It feels like being a kitchen hero! Plus, working with different restaurants means you’re always meeting new people and sometimes even snagging a secret recipe or two. 😉 For anyone in the industry or thinking about joining, remember this: attention to detail and a commitment to safety are your best tools. And for restaurant owners, regular cleaning isn't just a regulatory requirement—it's an investment in your business's longevity and reputation. Got any vent hood cleaning stories or tips to share? Did you know that, according to CLH News, hospitality staff walk up to 10 times the average number of steps per day (which sits at 3,000)? That’s 30,000 steps. This is why it’s so important to think about the layout of spaces so that areas are easier to work (and walk) in – ensuring a smoother working process for kitchen staff. For example, if a chef has to constantly walk back and forth to a fridge, this in turn slows down preparation and cooking time, putting extra pressure on the kitchen team to produce result.
