TEA COFFEE EARLY MORNING Tea and coffee early in the morning is mostly used globally either to induce pressure to visit the loo or for the caffeine shot to feel fresh early morning and get energy. 1. If you feel so weak even after sleeping ,that means your sleep is not complete, in fact if you sleep at 9 or 10 pm and wake up by 6 am you should feel more fresh . try it as that keeps hormones and immune system intact and your energy levels . 2. If you need something to induce motions that means either you have poor peristaltic action of the intestines which means metabolic pathways are chocked which may lead to a lifestyle disease or you have an issue with your nerves which need stimulation which you can stimulate with yoga ( Asian squat ) or by drinking only a glass of hot water and ghee . Even better is to drink hot cows milk at night before sleeping . the tea and coffee habits globally is creating and causing a lot of inflammations in our system and also habitual use of these drinks creates a lot of lifestyle diseases. These habits have become predominant only in the last 200 to 300 years . Drinking black coffee is probably the most inflammation inducing drink so use lots of creme or dairy to make it benign and safer ! Unless you cook your food in ghee or lard and have lots of fat you cannot drink black coffee . Solution: Opt for hot water with lemon n salt ( no honey) , prebiotic drinks like chaas or buttermilk , kanji or ganji made from rice soaked overnight does wonders . more such trivia .. www.samskrtlife.com

How Much Caffeine is Too Much? Coffee, tea, energy drinks, and other sodas all include caffeine, which is a stimulant that is often ingested and is believed to increase alertness and energy. But like with many drugs, moderation is the key, since too much caffeine may have negative impacts on health and wellbeing. Professionals in the medical field generally agree that moderate caffeine intake is safe, with most individuals consuming up to 400 mg per day. This corresponds, approximately speaking, to four cups of brewed coffee. Individual tolerance levels, however, might differ greatly from one another due to a variety of factors, including age, weight, heredity, and general health. Excessive caffeine use can cause a number of undesirable side effects, such as: High caffeine intake can cause sleep patterns to be disturbed, making it difficult to fall asleep or remain asleep. This can result in insomnia and sleep deprivation. Elevated Blood Pressure and Heart Rate: It is well known that caffeine stimulates the central nervous system, which can result in higher blood pressure and heart rate. This can raise the risk of arrhythmias, hypertension, and palpitations in those who are vulnerable. Uneasiness and Jitters: Consuming too much coffee can intensify feelings of uneasiness, trepidation, and restlessness. In certain situations, this might result in jitters and even panic attacks. Digestive Problems: Due to its diuretic properties, caffeine can cause excessive urination and even dehydration. High caffeine intake can also irritate the gastrointestinal system, which can result in diarrhea, upset stomach, and acid reflux. Dependency and Withdrawal: Consistent caffeine use can result in dependency. When people try to reduce or stop, they may experience withdrawal symptoms such headaches, exhaustion, irritability, and trouble focusing. It's important to monitor your intake of caffeine from all sources, such as coffee, tea, energy drinks, and some medicines, to prevent overindulging. Individual tolerance levels should also be taken into consideration, and consumption should be modified appropriately. In the end, the secret to reaping the advantages of caffeine without running the danger of detrimental health effects is moderation and knowledge.
